The supplies set is made up of a toner cartridge and separate drum unit. Replacement toner cartridges have an OEM-stated page yield of 2,200 pages while the drum unit has a 20,000 stated page yield. SKUs vary by geographic market, and no chip is needed on either the toner cartridge or drum unit. However, a flag or “reset” gear must be installed on the toner hopper and correctly positioned for the printer to operate properly.
